Billing:
Monthly hosting fees on Budget Hosting options are deducted every three (3) months in advance via Debit Order or Credit Card payment. Setup fees exclude the cost to register a domain name (if applicable).

Bandwidth Transfer:
Clients who exceed their monthly traffic transfer limits will be charged R0.35 per MB that they exceed.

Sub-Account Hosting:
Sub-account hosting is not supported on Budget Hosting packages. This service is only supported on certain professional LINUX and Windows hosting packages.

 

POP/SMTP E-mail Accounts:
ALTONet Hosting packages come with POP/SMTP e-mail addresses. With these e-mail addresses you can both send and receive e-mail The vast majority of other hosting companies only offer POP or POP3 e-mail services which means that with their e-mail accounts you can only receive and not send e-mail via them.

E-mail accounts on the Budget Hosting options are limited to 2MB per e-mail address. Clients requiring more e-mail addresses than that allocated on each Budget Hosting option will need to upgrade their hosting package. Additional mailboxes and additional mailbox space cannot be purchased on Budget Hosting options.
