Co-Location Server Hosting allows you to make use of your own server hardware and software hosted directly on the ALTONet backbone. This solution is ideal for clients who already have a solution in place but which is running at the end of a congested leased line. By locating your server in the ALTONet network room, you free up the costly network traffic on your WAN for more important things like e-mail.

Client supplied servers must be 19" rack mountable. Server cases can be either purchased or rented from ALTONet if required. The maximum height of the 19" server case must not exceed 4U. Co-Location server hosting is a highly scalable solution. One starts off with the hosting of the basic server and the client can then decide which additional services are required.
