ALTONet
e-mail addresses come standard with online address books and online
calendars. The online calendar allows you to keep track of all
your business / personal appointments and special dates online.
The system allows you to add, remove and modify appointments online
24/7 from any Internet connected PC.
E-mail
Only Hosting
ALTONet's E-mail Only hosting package is designed to offer
businesses multiple e-mail addresses branded with their
own domain name, without the need to sign-up for a hosting
account or business dial-up package.
The
mailboxes are like any other POP/SMTP e-mail addresses and
carry the domain name of your company (john@yourcompany.co.za)
instead of your Internet Service Provider's address (john@altonet.co.za).
With ALTONet's E-mail Only package, you can start with as
little as five e-mail addresses and register more as your
business grows.

via the Online
Administrative Backroom where clients are able to create new
POP/SMTP mail accounts, set up mail forwarding addresses, activate
and administer autoresponders, maintain mailing lists, and manage
e-mail messages – read mail, reply to mail, create new e-mail
messages, delete messages, and much more.

List Service
An ALTONet mailing list is the ideal way to keep your business
in contact with your clients. Whether you want to promote
a new service, share technical information, or run a competition,
the ALTONet mailing list system allows you to effortlessly
communicate with your customers and prospective clients.
In
addition, with the ALTONet Mail List Service, a "Reply
to All" by one of the recipients on the list will only
come back to you and not to your entire list of recipients,
thereby protecting the identity of all those on your list.
The ALTONet Mail List Service is supported on most of our
web hosting packages.
